Natural Sleep Remedy For Fibromyalgia Tender Points.

Finding a natural sleep remedy that works is important for someone who cannot sleep because they suffer from fibromyalgia.  Fibromyalgia tender points can be very painful, especially at night when you’re trying to go to sleep... or stay asleep.  It’s just one of the challenges you face, having Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia'

As you know, one of the main fibromyalgia symptoms is not sleeping well or disturbed sleep.  When you cannot sleep because one of your fibromyalgia tender points is screaming for relief, an important sleep remedy you will want to invest in is a good mattress.

Several years ago, my son and his wife gave me a new mattress topper for Christmas.  Oh my gosh... it was a dream come true.  The first night I laid down on it, I was asleep in no time at all.  I was surprised when I woke up... the sun was shining through my window.  I had slept the entire night without waking up due to  tender point pain.

The mattress topper is 4 inches thick and fits on top of my regular queen size mattress.  It is called a “Memory Foam Mattress Topper.”  The mattress will conform to your body when you lay down on it.  When you get up... the foam will restore itself.

Memory Foam Mattress Toppers run anywhere from $75.00 to $400.00 depending upon the depth of the foam, the size of the mattress and where you buy it.  I suggest you not purchase anything less than a mattress that is 4 inches deep.  You can get them up to 13 inches deep...but I have found the 4” depth to be satisfactory for me.  You will have to judge your own circumstances.

My kids found my Memory Foam Topper  at Costco and I have seen them reasonably priced at Wal-Mart and online at Over Stock Dot Com.

If you suffer from sleep deprivation or other sleep disorders and are not bothered by Fibromyalgia Tender Points, I suggest you look it to getting a Memory Foam mattress topper anyway.  You will find the comfort you need to aid you in getting a good night sleep.

Besides getting a good mattress to give you sleep relief, look into other natural sleep remedies.  There are good sleep solutions out there.
